Introducing Al Lesnick, owner of Arsenal Power Washing:
Al is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. After living in Maryland for 38 years, and in Medford, New Jersey, for 8 years, Al moved to the Grand Strand in 2004.
As a middle manager and branch manager for a Fortune 500 company in Baltimore and New Jersey, Al worked for 8 years solving cleaning and degreasing problems in the automotive and manufacturing sector, providing the most effective, environmentally friendly, and personnel-safe solution for any cleaning problem.
Al also worked 2 years as a chemical sales rep for ZEP Manufacuring. ZEP is known by industry professionals as a leader in providing quality cleaning chemicals and equipment for all types of cleaning. Homeowners may know ZEP as a line of chemicals available at Home Depot stores. Although Arsenal Power Washing uses several ZEP cleaning products, we are not exclusive to ZEP. We are committed to using the best product for the specific cleaning problem and continue research by working with other industry professionals and other chemical manufacturers.
Part of Al's responsibilities as a Branch Manager was to provide OSHA (Safety) training to all employees. Arsenal Power Washing customers can expect that their cleaning project will be done professionally with the correct chemical application and that it will be done safely -- not just for the safety of Arsenal employees but also the safety of the customer's family members and pets.Arsenal Power Washing is proud of our customer service. Many years ago Al read a book by Carl Sewell called Customers for Life, and was so impressed that he made it required reading for all employees that work for Arsenal, and highly recommends it for anyone in any service industry. Two basic principles of the book are:
1- Do for your customers as you would do for a best friend, and
2- Demand more of yourself than the customer expects.

Al adds, "On a personal note, my wife Maria, who is a nurse, and I have been married for 24 years and have 3 children, all of college age. I enjoy all sports, music, movies, reading mystery novels and travelling when possible.
